This role is based in Dubai, with some regional travel as needed.
Role Summary
We’re looking for an Account Manager (3–5 years’ experience in the industry) to lead day-to-day management of a key client relationship and drive projects from kickoff to delivery. You’ll own timelines, planning, budgets, prioritization, and scope/agreements—working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure work moves efficiently and clients feel supported, informed, and confident.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, sharp, proactive, and calm under pressure, with prior experience in an advertising/communications agency.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted, long-term relationships
• Lead client communications: status updates, meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and action plans
• Manage expectations and navigate feedback constructively to keep work moving
Project & Delivery Management
• Own end-to-end project coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Build and manage project timelines, workback schedules, and deliverable trackers
• Lead weekly/monthly status reporting and ensure internal teams are aligned
• Identify risks early (scope, timing, approvals, dependencies) and solve proactively
• Ensure quality control on deliverables before they go to the client
Planning, Budgeting & Scope Control
• Support and manage estimates, budgeting, and ongoing burn tracking
• Raise flags when work is trending over budget and propose solutions
• Track scope and manage change requests clearly and professionally
• Support contracts/agreements, SOWs, POs, and basic invoicing coordination (as needed)
Prioritization & Internal Team Coordination
• Prioritize tasks and ensure the right work is happening at the right time
• Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, production, partners) to hit deadlines
• Keep momentum across overlapping projects and tight turnaround requests
• Support resourcing needs and help keep workflow smooth
Regional Travel
• Comfortable travelling within the region for client meetings, shoots, activations, and presentations when required
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in an agency environment (advertising, communications, branding, social, or integrated)
• Strong project management fundamentals: timelines, dependencies, approvals, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience managing budgets and scope (estimates, burn tracking, change requests)
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven—without losing speed
• Confident managing multiple projects at once and shifting priorities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Arabic is a plus
• Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate) and able to travel regionally
