Building on the insights and positioning established in Phase "A," we will develop a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy designed to optimize both Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Our approach will leverage all available marketing and communication channels to attract customers efficiently and convert them into loyal brand ambassadors.

A key component of this strategy will be the implementation of a robust tech stack, including a Customer Data Platform (CDP). The CDP will enable us to centralize customer data, enhance personalization, and deliver more effective performance marketing, ensuring that every interaction is optimized for conversion.

With this fully integrated strategy and creative assets in place, the brand will be positioned to scale rapidly, outpace competitors, and cultivate a loyal customer base that drives long-term growth.

Phase C: Post-Launch Management and Optimization

With Phase A (Brand Strategy & Identity Development) and Phase B (Customer Acquisition Strategy & Development) fully executed, Phase C will focus on managing and optimizing all ongoing brand, marketing, and operational activities to ensure sustained growth and long-term success. This phase will oversee the implementation of the strategies, the ongoing refinement of performance, and the management of customer relationships and brand engagement.

Terms and Conditions

COSTS

Cost estimate is based on hours required per resource. In the event that additional work is required a new estimate will be provided for approval by the client. Where possible at least 2 days notice will be given.

REVISIONS

Revisions for each presented concept will be limited to two rounds of revisions per concept. Any additional revisions will be considered as Change Orders and will be estimated and billed separately, upon approval of the client

EXPENSES

Reimbursable Expenses that are not included in the estimate will be billed additionally. Expenses may include, but are not limited to, overnight couriers, messengers, laser prints, scans, file storage, and presentation materials.
